Initiator - The Week of March 29th 2011

We love Him because He first loved us. - 1 John 4:19

You love Me because I loved you. Had there been no love from Me there would have been no love within you to give. I am the originator and initiator of love. I have put Myself forth in an effort to initiate godly responses, by being an example of how to respond to a prompting from your God. So often people respond to others without thinking. Their response is automatic. Let Me try to get that type of response, it is much more difficult. Faith that responds in a godly manner automatically at My slightest prompting is faith worth seeking. I initiate and you respond. It is done all the time, everyday, in your interactions with others. It was done at the time of your re-birth. That conversion to a dependence on and belief in Me came by way of Me initiating contact via the Holy Spirit and you responding in faith. I am the Great Initiator – respond to My promptings, respond to My direction, respond to My correction, and respond to My love. I initiated our love relationship – now out of love wont you respond and submit to what I initiate? Do it out of love for Me.

Supply - The Week of March 22nd 2011

Supply...

For I know that this will turn out for my deliverance through your prayer and the supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ, according to my earnest expectation and hope that in nothing I shall be ashamed, but with all boldness, as always, so now also Christ will be magnified in my body, whether by life or by death. - Philippians 1:19-20

I am a God who generously supplies the power of My Spirit to meet your needs, My children. You are of the highest thought at every moment of time from beginning until the end. Why – why would I not supply by My Spirit what is needed among you to bring about deliverance, healing, restoration, empowerment, wholeness? Please do not limit My Spirit with your disbelief – free My Spirit with your boldness, born out of faith and fueled by love for Me. Let My love for you be the driving force that brings you to Me with prayer and expectation. Where is the expectation – have you grown so that you have the “good sense” to question and doubt? Where is your child-like faith that you once had when you where not ashamed or filled with “good sense”? I am your Christ yet I cannot and will not manifest Myself in an unwilling Spirit. Be earnest, willing, unashamed; and boldly, with the faith I have birthed in your heart, move and bring life and deliverance to those around you. My children are dying, hurting, trapped, lonely and afraid; allow room within your Spirit for deliverance. For deliverance begins with belief – belief in My power and My willingness. Do you have hope? Where is your hope? Come back and retrieve the hope you have lost!

Gratitude - The Week of March 15th 2011

Gratitude...

It Is good to give thanks to the Lord, And to sing praises to Your name, O Most High; To declare Your lovingkindness in the morning, And your faithfulness every night,

Psalm 92:1-2

Oh how My children bless Me with their gratitude. The praises that arise to Me are sweet in My hearing. They place in right perspective My position and relationship with My creation. A creation I created to worship Me and to fellowship with Me. The goodness that flows from them and the spiritual power held within gratitude is most unknown to My children. If only they could see the power and effect their praise, adoration and gratitude have in the heavens they would overflow with gratitude. Seeing that gratitude moves My hand to want to rain the blessing and power upon My children. The acknowledgement to Me, of the love mixed with mercy and kindness that I show to My children, is an avenue through which My Spirit flows with a power and potential beyond what they would ever believe could be. The one who struggles yet knows and is grateful for My faithfulness is the one who is truly blessed and a blessing to Me. May the Spirit of humble gratitude rest upon each of My children.

Eternal - The Week of March 8th 2011

Eternal...

So He said to them, “Assuredly, I say to you, there is no one who has left house or parents or brothers or wife or children, for the sake of the kingdom of God, “who shall not receive many times more in this present time, and in the age to come eternal life.”

Luke 18:29-30 (Jesus speaking)

Those who truly praise Me and reverence Me understand the eternal. They know that what I offer is vastly more than what is offered in the natural world. What I offer those of My children who live life through eternal eyes; I offer both while they are on the earth and when they are here with Me. There is nothing or no person you can give up My children that will compare to what I will give you back. However, don’t look for Me to give you back an exact replacement of what you lose – often I will not do that. Why? You see what I want to give is far better than what you gave up. Each gift is tailored to that recipient’s needs and desires. Both eternal and earthly I prepare only the greatest and most excellent gifts. Let go of what I have asked you to give up and make room for what I want to give you.
