Salvation - The Week of March 1st 2011

Salvation...

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.

John 14:6

When will creation accept that I and I alone am the only way to obtain eternal life. An eternity spent in the presence of the Father, Son and Holy Ghost. I, Jesus, am it there will never be any other type of provision. Grace has been poured out for the last time, in the last measure, with My death and resurrection. Yet, so many still refuse to believe. So many die each day without Me within them and their spirit dead, dead, dead. I and I alone will be the ticket to enter paradise. I and I alone will stand between each person that knows Me and loves Me and judgment. The ones who do not know Me will have no shield against the judgment on that day. Each will stand there clothed in the blood of the cross or not clothed in the blood of the cross, but each will stand and face their judgment. Why would you want to stand there without Me when I would willingly stand with every person? Hardness of Heart! I, God, came as man and I lived and died on the cross to be the sacrifice for every person’s sin. So they could come into relationship with Me for I am Holy and require righteousness in My presence. All that is required is to believe in Me, believe in what I did. My death on the cross for YOU, My resurrection from the dead for YOU and My drawing of YOU by My Holy Spirit. Humble yourself and ask Me to forgive you. Ask Me to live within you. Ask Me to renew you. Ask for My Holy Spirits Presence, My very presence to reside in you. Then trust and depend upon Me to do the rest, for then you are saved.

Battle - The Week of February 22nd 2011

Battle...

Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Resist him, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world.

1 Peter 5:8-9

You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.

1 John 4:4

Children, Children, Children you are in a battle and as long as your physical body draws breath you will be in a battle. On that day when you come to be in glory with Me then you will cease to battle. The battle however, does not have to be so hard. It is made hard by a couple of things that you, My children, do daily when dealing with your worst enemy, Lucifer. He is a defeated foe, but not one to be taken lightly while your human tents remain in the earthly realm.

Remember:

ã Lucifer is waiting to devour any and all aspects of your life. He will devour you entirely - eternally - if he can. If he loses that battle then he moves on to devouring your use to others, the kingdom and Me. If he loses that battle, he will move on to devouring your daily walk with Me, your daily enjoyment of the abundant life I want for you to have. Then lastly, he will attempt to devour one moment or event at a time. Nevertheless, he will never give up his attempts to devour as many aspects and moments of your life as he possibly can.

ã I am within you and with Me; you are well able to overcome anything and everything Lucifer has to bring against you. I made overcoming possible for you on the cross.

ã Key to you overcoming him is to remain sober minded in your thinking and actions. To always be vigilante and recognize when he is attempting to ensnare you in your behavior and inner attitudes.

ã Always remember I am there, keep your faith in My faithfulness. Then RESIST - so many battles can be won at the onset by resisting whatever the clever one swaggers up with.

Child - The Week of February 15th 2011

Child...

Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God! Therefore the world does not know us, because it did not know Him. Beloved now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is.

1 John 3:1-2

The love I have for My children is immeasurable. I have bestowed this love upon My children, because of who I am, not who they are. I chose them for My children and they chose Me for their Father. My love will transform their eternity and their lives. The speed at which their lives are transformed is based on their capacity and willingness to receive the love I wish to lavish upon them. To know you are loved is different from allowing yourself to be loved. Many of My very own will not allow Me to love them in the degree I desire to love them. They are afraid of losing control and losing their sense of who they are. My love will so remake and reshape who they are they will never miss or long for what is lost. The world will not know who they are or recognize the qualities and desires within them. They can’t see or recognize them because they do not know who I am. They have heard of Me but the world does not know Me. The more and more My children become like Me the less and less the world will be able to recognize them. The gap between the world and My children will grow and grow. The more My children become like Me the more they shall see Me as I am. The more I will be revealed to them. As I am revealed and seen more and more by you, My child the world will grow dimmer and dimmer; the light of My love will block out the world around you though you stand in it’s mist. You are My precious child and I love you with a love that never ends.

Know My Heart - The Standard Bearer

As one gets to know me, they begin to see my heart longs for what was, and is, Jesus’ ideal for an individual and for the Body of Christ as a whole. An ideal, which has been sold out and betrayed, thus, turning the respect of the world away from the church. All is not lost however, and a hunger and desire for that standard to be raised, once again, has been rising up in the last decade. Rising up from the voices and hearts of those growing up in what, for them, must have been a very confused and chaotic environment with a message that made no sense. This happened because the standard was lowered or even dropped by those leading the way. We have become a country, a church, a people who have lost their way.

When the standard of God was raised, victory was experienced by His people. When the standard of God was lowered defeat quickly gained ground. In order to win, in order to have victory, in order to stand when the world around you is crumbling one must raise the standard...first. We need those around us who are continually pointing out what the standard is, what form and direction victory takes; those who love us enough to always let us know we can do better... we can be better...we can have victory. God’s standard is the path to all of that. To every success and victory. The path to every accomplishment is lined with the tears of a heart that was willing to walk out the standard...regardless.

The Standard for myself, my family, my community, my local congregation, my universal family the Body of Christ, is all the same; no sliding scale here. We all live under grace, without it, we would all perish. Grace however, is no excuse for the unwillingness to pick up God’s Standard and walk through this life as though we belong to the family of The King.

What is this Standard? It is both a principle and a person. The standard is “truth” and the person in the form of “Truth” was, is, and will always be Jesus. We lift up His Word, His truths, His principles...we lift up Jesus HIMSELF.

Regardless of the form or manner it takes, my calling is...

“To make the Will, Heart, and Mind of God known for the advancement of the Kingdom, while promoting the Standard of what the Body of Christ should be.”
